The Main Points
With a long standing relationship already in place Red Kite and Infinity discussed more efficient ways to deploy their print/scan fleet of devices implementing PaperCut print management to give them control over what was being printed, reduce waste and become more sustainable, improve document security and administration through tracking and analysis tools.
Also the firm had a number of legacy printers which were costly and inefficient which is no longer the case providing cost savings and a true follow me print solution to assist with flexible working practices and contactless printing.

Having the flexibility to configure print from any platform in to Red Kite’s print environment was an added bonus. The ability to implement mobile and BYOD print and push the right print queues and drivers to these users automatically. This allows for convenient print release from any printer within the fleet.

PaperCut has enabled Red Kite to improve its information security providing measures to protect their documents throughout the lifecycle process with end-to-end encryption. Reducing the environmental footprint Like all responsible companies sustainability is at the forefront of Red Kite’s thinking. With over 100 employees located throughout its twelve offices they needed a solution which promotes eco-friendly policies and promotes responsible print habits through the use of reminders and pop-ups for the end user. This goes as far down to the energy used and carbon emitted to produce the amount of paper printed.
