Cloud Connectivity

Connect your ineo multifunctional devices to popular cloud services like SharePoint Online, OneDrive, OneDrive for Business, Teams, Google Drive, Dropbox or Box.com. These Apps allow navigating through the dedicated storage location as well as executing basic file or folder operations like copy, cut or preview. Scan conveniently into the desired location or select files for printing. With the single sign-on functionality, your employees can quickly access the service without needing to enter their login credentials each time they walk up to the device.

Customization and Personalization

DEVELOP MarketPlace provides customization and personalization options. Its UI Designer for instance lets you customize your MFP’s functions and features to your individual preferences. You can thus define the navigation scheme and available functions completely individually and create a personal experience that improves the time spent in front of the device, as it will only display the chosen features as well as selectable options.

With the Personalize App it is even possible to define the user experience on a per user level. Each of your employees can individually choose their preferred MFP language and select which functions should be presented on their home screen. Security

The SECURE Notifier ensures that your ineo device is always protected. It indicates to your employees whether the device meets the ineo SECURE Standard. Users can thus easily identify potentially unsafe devices in order to pass them by and operate on a secured ineo device. If a device turns into an unsecured status, the Notifier will inform your MFP administrator to ensure that the right countermeasures are taken to return to the device to the “secured” status.

Workflow

Benefit from direct connectivity to existing on-site repositories like SharePoint or network directories based on SMB, FTP & WebDAV. Thus, you can browse through dedicated storage locations from the display as well as scan to and print from these locations to improve workflow efficiency.
